getting error permissions

I am getting the following error: when i am calling http:localhost/reportserver

The permissions granted to user 'MachineName\IUSR_machinename' are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied)Get Online Help

before it was ok when i call report server it was asking me the username and password, once given i should be able to see the report server version etc.

but i tried to give anonymous access rights plus given the machinename\iusrmachinename from then on it is giving the error rsaccessdenied insufficient permissions do perform this operation.

Please help i am struggling on this since last two days with no fix.

Problem solved after I did what this link asked me to do.

Take note that 'SenseV9' is their report folder name. Just replace it with yours.
